Terms of Use

These terms describe the practical rules for using Scopemark, operated under the Pixel Bytes Lab commercial brand.

Your account

You are responsible for using accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. One-time lifetime access is linked to the Scopemark account associated with the qualifying Whop purchase; it is not a transferable license unless Scopemark expressly agrees otherwise.

Acceptable use

Use Scopemark only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to bypass account or entitlement controls, interfere with the service, probe another user’s records, upload malicious material, automate abusive traffic, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

Your project and client information

You remain responsible for the information you enter, including having an appropriate basis to store client names, requests, project details, and uploaded assets. Review every scope decision, response, fee, timeline impact, and Change Order before sending or relying on it.

Not legal advice

Scopemark is a workflow and documentation aid. It does not provide legal advice. A Change Order helps record a requested project change, but Scopemark does not guarantee that it is complete, suitable, enforceable, or legally valid in any jurisdiction. Your original agreement, applicable law, and actual client approval remain important.

Lifetime access and refunds

“Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the Scopemark service and the purchased offering, tied to the purchasing account, without a monthly subscription. It does not guarantee every future feature, perpetual hosting regardless of circumstances, or uninterrupted availability. First-time purchases may be submitted for refund review within 7 calendar days, subject to the Refund Policy and Whop’s checkout terms.

Availability and changes

Scopemark may require maintenance, security updates, provider changes, or temporary interruption. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve account-linked records and communicate material service changes, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised.

Intellectual property

You retain responsibility for and rights in the project information and materials you provide. Scopemark and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and original content remain the property of their respective owner. Your access is a limited right to use the service, not a transfer of the software or brand.

Suspension or termination

Access may be restricted or revoked when required by a confirmed refund or provider entitlement state, or for material misuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or attempts to bypass access controls. Where practical, Scopemark should provide a route to resolve mistaken account or purchase states.

Disclaimers and responsibility

You are responsible for your commercial decisions and communications with clients. Scopemark is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every particular purpose, and the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
